Deferred Compensation Plans

The executive compensation part of the business has designed, drafted and implemented these plans for a number of years developing in conjunction a highly competent administration system. The features of this administration system are similar to the SIP In addition, for a number of companies shares are only one of the offerings under this type of the plan. To deal with this we have developed additional features for the administration system:-

  • The ability to track on-line third party investments offered under the plan.
  • An in-built forex facility allowing funds to be transferred into the plan from different countries.
  • An off-shore trust facility.
